Admission to ICSE
Admission is based on the availability of seats.
Admission will be given on first come first serve basis.
Admission is based on the performance of the candidates in written/oral tests. Schedule for the written test and interview will be intimated to parents through email or phone.
Selection of students will be at the discretion of the School Authorities and Management.
Only selected candidates will be called for further admission process.
Management reserves the right to admission.
Admission Procedure
Admissions are open from Montessori to Grade IX, subject to availability of seats. The Admission procedure begins in the month of December. Parents may contact the School office to obtain Application forms and other details.
Step 1
Registration for Admission to be done in the Reception.
Step 2
Collect the Admission Application Form from the School office.
Step 3
Submit filled form along with necessary attachments as mentioned in the Application Form.
Step 4
Candidates will be called for the Entrance Test.
Step 5
Final List will be announced on the Availability of Seats.
Step 6
Admission will Complete after payment of the First Installment Fees.
Eligibility
Montessori Level – I (Nursery)
Age limit for Montessori Level - I is 2.5 years as on June 1st of the year of admission
Montessori Level – II (L K G)
Age limit for Montessori Level - II is 3.5 years as on June 1st of the year of admission
Montessori Level – III (U K G)
Age limit for Montessori Level - III is 4.5 years as on June 1st of the year of admission
Grade - I
Age limit for class I is 5.5 years as on June 1st of the year of admission
Documents For Submission
Filled Admission Application Form.
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Conduct Certificate.
Stamp Size Photos of Student, Mother, Father.
Transfer Certificate(if Applicable).
Aadhar Card of Student, Mother, Father.
Progress sheet of the last examination taken.
Official copy of reports/marks card from previous school.
Fees Details
Fee should be paid by Demand Draft or through Parent app Mychamp (Digital mode of payment).
The Demand Draft should be made in favour of Seshadripuram Public School.
Please write the name of the student and class behind the Demand Draft.
A fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be levied on payments received after the due date for 15 days.
A fine of Rs. 200/- per week will be levied on delayed payments after the due date. An additional period of 30 days will be granted for payment of fee with penalty, failing which the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will be granted at the discretion of the concerned authorities.
No cash payment will be accepted except in the case of fee defaulters.
Admission
