SPS has always believed that sports and games is an integral part of learning. The school has the following indoor and outdoor games.

In the Sports club, one of its main aim is to ensure that all members enjoy the game while learning and improving their skills. Members can choose the sport they wish to concentrate on-badminton, basketball, throw ball or athletics, and find themselves with training available to them, as well as other students who are well accomplished in their fields. The skills, information and experiences that are garnered in this club are incomparable to anything else. Indoor games are also encouraged such as chess, carrom, etc.

Children deal with many distractions, temptations, over stimulation and peer pressure. Schools are challenged to do more with less and be creative in how they reach even the most isolated child. Yoga is a helpful tool that has a positive impact on children.
Therefore, Yoga is part of school curriculum, as yoga helps children to develop an awareness of their body. It helps them to manage a form of stress through breathing, meditation and healthy movement. Yoga helps build concentration thus helps the child to increase his/her self-confidence and build a positive self-image.
A Taekwondo is a part of the regular curriculum of Seshadripuram Public School. As Taekwondo helps enhance self-esteem in children by heightening their physical and mental powers. It helps build confidence by encouraging them to succeed and to take control of their lives. It helps develop discipline by thoroughly training one’s body and mind in the tenets and technique of Taekwondo.
